Clear Movement Tray Instructions
Hello and thank you for checking out our instructions on how to assemble our clear acrylic movement trays.
Remove papaer backing form all 4 surfaces.
Place the solid bottom part of the tray on a table with the TNT Logo engraved on the bottom and legible through the acrylic.
Use Gel Control Super Glue only for the next part. If you use regular thin superglue, it will haze the clear acrylic as it dries leaving a white cloud. Gel Control Super Glue dries slower and allows the super glue to dry without depositing a haze.
Take the top part with the holes cut through and add 3 small dots of Gel Control Super Glue to the areas show below circled in red.
Leave the tray to dry for 24 hours with NOTHING ON TOP OF IT. You must allow air to get to the glue area or even the Gel Control Super Glue will haze the parts.
